Grow your skills and learn how to prepare nutritious, exciting meals.
This six-part series walks you through how to bring local foods into your cafeteria. You’ll get easy recipes, short videos, and downloadable tools. Everything is designed with your busy day in mind and each lesson takes just 25 minutes or less.
Course 2. Build-Your-Own Harvest Bar
Build-Your-Own Bar Ideas Students are Excited About!
Our Harvest Bar course teaches you how to order, prep, and serve three student-loved, seasonal bar concepts:
- Yogurt Bar (Fall)
- Baked Potato Bar (Winter)
- Greens Bar (Spring/Summer)
Each quick, 20-minute lesson walks you through setup and promotion. After you complete the course, you’ll get a ready-to-go Marketing Kit to help you show off each build-your-own bar to students, parents, and staff.
