We work with school buying cooperatives to provide fresh, delicious food to schools and students across the region.
Buying cooperatives make it easier for farmers to plan crops with anticipated demand and for schools to easily integrate local foods without complex bidding processes. The partnerships can seamlessly coordinate demand on a regional scale while securing a competitive price.
